Something interesting...

As a woman, I can't say I would pull into a business parking lot, park in front of the store and get out of my car while leaving it running with the keys inside.

However, I have seen men do this. I'm curious, WTF bro?

*Valley girl voice implied* I know that like totally leaving your car running is like oh so totally good on gas and like super convenient because like you don't have to start your car again and GOSH its just so hard to like start a car.

But seriously? What is the purpose. I mean, the men I've seen doing this are mainly in trucks. So, is it a truck thing? Or just a "I'm a man so I must flex my muscle and show the world I don't care about anything, including my truck." Cause it's actually more attractive when a man takes care of the things he owns. I mean, if he doesn't care if his car gets stolen then would he care if *I* were stolen by another man? This is, of course hypothetical.

I'm sure men everywhere (haha, like this blog reaches that many) are saying "One doesn't have anything to do with the other!" But, YOU ARE WRONG. And here's why: You don't seem to realize that whatever persona you want to convey to other men is exactly the one we see, and it isn't attractive. All that grunt, scratch spit crap is fine but you need to be gentle, protective and sweet towards me because I'M NOT A DUDE, MAN.

So, the next time you want to be a macho macho man (start singing) consider that you're just bringing yourself down to an immature childish level that only attracts, well immature childish girls. So if that's what you want, have at it. But don't come crying to the rest of us who are REAL women when it doesn't work out and you just dunno what your poor precious little self is doing wrong.
