Fear

Let's talk about fear.

We've all felt it and it don't feel good. Fear is often the immediate reaction to any unknown situation, and some people have a good way of curbing fear and using it as motivation to shape the unexpected situation.

I'd like to say, I'm not one of those people. I mean sure, something happens that scares me and I'm gonna scream like a little girl until someone comes and saves me. But, what if there isn't anyone to come and save me? Well, then I'm gonna die when that tiny spider crawls close enough to bite me while I sit there and just stare at it!

My point is this. I think taking up MMA classes might be a good way to harness fear. Hear me out on this. If you had the ability to take your insane adrenaline when you're afraid and turn it into productive energy, wouldn't you? So, why not get some training to do it. I think MMA will do several things for me... Allow me to put them in bullets.

  • It will curb my adrenaline
  • I will get it shape
  • I could potentially meet cute boys!
This is seriously a win, win, win situation. So, let's all join MMA classes and do all the above things. Unless you're in a serious and committed relationship... in which case, scratch that third bullet.
