There are many reasons why we, as humans, get frustrated and angry each day. We are all different and therefore are annoyed at different things.
I personally am annoyed at people who drive like morons. What constitutes a moron driver? If you get over without signalling; if you see a tiny gap in otherwise bumper to bumper traffic and decide that's your moment despite someone coming rather quickly; If you are driving a jacked up truck, lowered rice burner or looking at your cell phone the entire time, then you are a moron.
Everyone is guilty of at least one or two of these things on a regular basis. But, when you are doing all of these things repeatedly simply to get a few cars ahead before you are stopped like a ton a bricks... you're a moron.
Now that those who are morons know it, let's move on to the real reason why I am posting. Breathing!
It is important in situations of high stress to breathe first and then consider your options before proceeding. I must remember this daily when I really want to to render vehicles incapable of travel with my laser eyes that pop all four tires and my magneto mind to lift it to the side of the road where its out of my way!
Remembering that I am not the only person in the world helps the "ITS ALL ABOUT ME" syndrome die down when I want to rid the world of "morons."
Now, breath in... breathe out.
