Why I do what I do

I feel very informative today, so please let me share that with all of you.

I never thought I would be a blogger, but as the years continue I realize my dreams of being a stand-up comedian, professional musician and president of the United States out the window. I'm a public relations specialist by trade and I have a heavy concentration in social media. My job is very much about writing and creating new an innovative ways to secure media coverage.

Just FYI... I graduated with an English degree in hopes I would become a sports writer. Aaahhh the naivete of youth.

So, writing is kind of a big deal to me. I enjoy it. Although I have a flair for the dramatic when writing, my teachers in college weren't too impressed with any of my abilities. Shocking right? So I came into the work world thinking I'm an "ok" writer and hoped to improve. That's when I decided blogging is for me.

I'd like to think that all I share with the audience, which apparently spans multiple continents, is the result of a life worth living, having and enjoying. Sometimes random things happen to me and it's just to good not to share.

So, with that being said. I hope you are enjoying my daily posts about the life in which we live, as told by a working class hero who will probably never be a viral blogger.

Thanks and stuff!
